      - Stripping jackets, crimping contacts, cut wire, un-boxing and accounting for material, preparing labels,

      - Verifies and ensures electrostatic material is processed properly, in accordance with ESD procedures.

      - Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies for conformance to specifications, using magnifying devices, and/ or precision measuring equipment.
      - Prepare first article reports to the AS9100 standards for customer requirements.
      - Review work orders, customer supplied drawings, customer quality standards, BOMs, and quality specifications. May confer with supervisors, quality assurance, and engineering, to determine specifications.
      - Examine electrical, structural, and mechanical components for defects in assembly, soldering, and finish.
      - Verifies dimensions, locations of parts, holes, grooves, and other points.
      - Maintain records of inspection and test results. Input data such as pictures and other documentation required to the electronic data base.

Our Leadership Team

Dianna Torres with over 13 years in management, Dianna brings a fresh look to the business operations at BCP Systems.
Upon graduation at the California State Polytechnic University Pomona with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources, she joined ARAMARK Corporation where she was rapidly promoted to a Regional Manager.
Dianna joined BCP Systems in 2008 where she has continued her fast-pace growth and has led the sales department for much of this time.

Currently, as Vice President in a Small Business concern, she leads and manages the Sales departments where BCP Systems continues to grow.

Says Dianna, “Building a partnership with our customers so they may achieve their goals brings fulfillment to BCP Systems. Trust, commitment, and teamwork is earned not given. Our goal is to earn and build a long-term positive alliance with our customers so that we may grow together.”

10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Strong believer in technology and currently leading the production team through performance, measurements and analytics without leaving behind key elements such as team work and transparency.

Graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Degree in Liberal Studies and Accounting

Wes Price with nearly 40 years of electronics manufacturing experience, Wes has dedicated himself to making BCP Systems the standard for high-end electronics manufacturing and repair.

As Vice President, Wes oversees all facets of business operations. Prior to co-founding BCP Systems, he gained best practice experience at Computer Industries the Netherlands, MAI Basic Four, Sperry Univac, General Dynamics and Ford Aeronutronics.

Says Wes, “Today’s sophisticated electronics customers are looking for more than a low priced depot. They want a resource partner with real expertise to help them control costs, improve up-time and support their bottom line for the long-term. We’ve designed BCP Systems to do exactly that.”

Carlos Torres with more than two decades of information management experience, Carlos has set BCP Systems apart with technology tools and processes that improve quality, reduce costs and enhance customer results.

As President, Carlos focuses on procedures, certifications and training programs, along with continual enhancements to BCP Systems’ unsurpassed project, inventory and customer information systems.

Prior to co-founding BCP Systems, Carlos gained his executive experience at MAI Systems, MAI Basic Four and Calcomp.

BCP WARRANTY STATEMENT

BCP Systems, Inc. (“BCP”) stands behind its professional electronics manufacturing and repair services to deliver world class quality products, parts and services. The following is BCP’s standard warranty terms:

For all products and parts procured by BCP for clients, BCP will pass through to the client the supplier’s warranty. For all Services performed by BCP for clients, BCP warrants that, for a period of one (1) year after shipment from BCP’s dock, the Services will be performed consistent with the standards in the United States electronics and computer manufacturing, assembly and repair industry and in compliance with any applicable specifications (the “Limited Warranty”). If client believes that any Service performed or product or part delivered hereunder does not meet the Limited Warranty, then client will promptly notify BCP in writing of any alleged deficiency or non-compliance (a “Warranty Claim”). BCP will investigate such Warranty Claim and if covered by the Limited Warranty, BCP will provide instructions to client to return the item to BCP with a Return Material Authorization number. If BCP determines that such item does not meet the Limited Warranty, then BCP shall perform services to repair or replace the nonconforming item or any portion thereof so it meets the Limited Warranty at no cost to client. All Products or parts which are replaced pursuant to this Agreement shall become the property of Seller on the date replaced.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, BCP HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
