President
Wes Price brings nearly 40 years of electronics manufacturing experience to BCP Systems. As Co-Founder and President, Price has built a reputation of delivering BCP Systems' customers the highest quality standards and customer service. In 1993, Price saw an opportunity to parlay his decades of traditional manufacturing experience to a new company specializing in high-mix, low-volume contract manufacturing. Price said, "When you've worked on the front-line and understand the manufacturing process, you can better speak your customers' language and understand their business needs."
In his role as President, Price oversees all facets of business operations and commits the company to the highest quality standards and productivity. Prior to co-founding BCP Systems, Price's experience included tenures at Computer Industries the Netherlands, MAI Basic Four, Sperry Univac, General Dynamics and Ford Aeronutronics.

Carlos Torres
Vice President
As Co-Founder and Vice President, Carlos Torres brings more than 20 years of computer experience to BCP Systems. In his role, Carlos focuses on driving the company's best practices, overseeing certifications, training programs, and quality assurance, as well as driving the company's information systems. Early on, Carlos automated the company's order processing, inventory control, shipping, receiving, purchasing and invoices systems. Additionally, Carlos built a state-of-the-art computer management system and an Intranet for customers to track order progress in real-time. Carlos said, "I'm continually looking at how we can do it better."
Prior to co-founding BCP Systems, Carlos worked at MAI Systems, MAI Basic Four and Calcomp.

Tom Blinn
General Manager
General Manager Tom Blinn has worked for more than 35 years in the Aerospace, Medical and Electro-Mechanical Assembly fields, holding Engineering and Management positions in Quality, Test and Manufacturing.

With tenures at MAI Systems, Magnavox, Sperry, Northrop, Rockwell and Douglas Aircraft, Tom is responsible for the day-to-day operations of BCP Systems' assembly and repair operations. In his role, he also manages the ISO 9001:2000 implementation and maintenance to ensure the company is performing to its rigid quality standards. Tom holds numerous certifications, including NASA Assembly, Hazardous Waste Management and a degree in Industrial Technology. Blinn's motto: "What ever it takes"
